Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and HedgeMath about your use of hedgemath.com and its calculators, recommendations and other features (the "service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What HedgeMath is

HedgeMath is a betting analytics tool. It provides calculators and software that analyze publicly available sportsbook odds and promotions. HedgeMath is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers. We don't place bets for you, hold your money, connect to your sportsbook accounts, sell picks or predict results. You decide what to bet and place every bet yourself.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the service, and physically located where sports betting is legal for you whenever you act on anything the service shows. The service is currently built for New York sportsbooks. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. Calculations, not advice or promises

Every result is a mathematical calculation at the odds and amounts you enter or that we display. It is not a promise of any outcome, and nothing on HedgeMath is betting, financial, tax or legal advice. You're responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes on your winnings.

4. Odds may be delayed or wrong

Odds and promotion details come from third-party sources and our own collection. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and sportsbooks change them without notice. Every recommendation shows how old its prices are. Always confirm the price, the line and the promotion terms at the sportsbook before you bet. Sportsbooks can also limit, reprice, void or settle bets under their own rules, and we have no control over that.

5. Sportsbook terms

You're responsible for complying with the terms and promotion rules of every sportsbook you use, including rules on eligibility, bonus bets, hedging, multiple accounts and account use. A sportsbook may restrict or close your account; HedgeMath isn't responsible for any action a sportsbook takes.

6. Not affiliated with any sportsbook

All sportsbook and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. HedgeMath is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Names are used only to identify the sportsbooks you hold accounts with. Nothing on HedgeMath is sponsored by a sportsbook, and we don't receive payment from sportsbooks for anything we show.

7. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private and use your account only for yourself. Don't share, sell or resell access. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

8. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy, resell or redistribute our odds data, recommendations or other outputs as a data product, feed or API. Don't use automated tools to access the service in bulk, and don't try to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer it.

9. Subscriptions, automatic renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribe.

• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price for the next period, until you cancel.
• Annual plans. We'll email you a reminder before an annual plan renews, with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your account (through our payment processor's customer portal). Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, except that we refund duplicate charges and billing errors. Contact support@hedgemath.com about a charge.
• Founding rate. The Founding Pro rate stays fixed for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel, or your subscription lapses (for example after a failed payment), the founding rate ends and isn't available again.
• Price changes. We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

10. Free features

Calculators and free-plan features may change or be limited at any time. The free plan's monthly recommendation allowance resets on the first of each month and doesn't carry over.

11. The service is provided "as is"

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HedgeMath isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including betting losses, lost winnings, lost or voided promotions, or sportsbook account restrictions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to losses caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or where the law doesn't allow them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to them or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and HedgeMath consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
